Some of the videos, images and texts on this website have been created or edited with artificial intelligence tools. We disclose this in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).

1.4 Intellectual property

The videos, games, logos, images and texts on this website belong to Lodos Media or its clients. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without our written permission. Third-party brands belong to their owners and appear as part of our portfolio. We respect our clients’ intellectual property: we use their materials only to carry out their projects.

1.5 Liability

We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites or for any damage arising from misuse of this website.

1.6 Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless the law provides otherwise.

What you send us by email (your name, email address and whatever you tell us) and, if you are a client, what we need for the project and its invoicing. We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes, provide the service and invoice. The website has no forms and no user accounts.

Your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or the performance of the contract, and compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules (Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@lodosmedia.es; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry or provide the service.

2.4 Where we keep your data and who receives it

We keep client and contact data in our own client database, which we manage ourselves. We do not sell, publish or share your data with anyone unless required by law. Hostinger, our web and email hosting provider, processes it on our behalf solely to provide that service. The website is hosted in a data centre in the European Union (France).

2.5 Artificial intelligence

We do not use your personal data or our clients’ materials to train artificial intelligence models. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles using your data.

2.6 Retention

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law, such as tax rules.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@lodosmedia.es. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

2.8 Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies of any kind. It only saves your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser’s local storage, so it can show you the same language on your next visit. This information never leaves your device, and you can delete it in your browser settings.
